What payment methods do you offer in your online shop?

You can conveniently pay with the following methods:

Can I also pay with Twint?

Yes – but only via Instagram . If you prefer to pay with Twint, simply send us a direct message on Instagram (@re.street21) . We'll then send you the payment link or QR code.

How do you check the authenticity?

We attach great importance to authenticity. Every garment is
checked us carefully for brand characteristics, material and workmanship,
to ensure that it is an original piece.

Can I return items if they don't fit or I don't like them?

Yes – you can return any item within 7 days of receipt , as long as it is unworn and in its original condition. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs .

What if my item was damaged or delivered incorrectly?

If anything is wrong, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos. In such cases, we will, of course, cover the costs and arrange a replacement or refund.
